The death certificates are issued in paper form only. The number of deaths in the state due to Influenza or Pneumonia was more than other states in US in the year 2005.  Arkansas death certificates are given only to specific persons like spouse of the deceased person, children, father, mother or grandchildren. Academic research groups have the right to obtain a copy of death certificate.

The reason for obtaining the death certificate must also be given. You can make payment by check, money order or credit card. If you want to use credit card, you need to pay some additional charges.
